We do not guarantee that any particular video will be downloadable, as this depends on the policies of the source platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Reelx shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, as a free service, is zero).

Reelx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Meta, Facebook, Threads, or any other platform whose content may be accessible through our tool. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of Reelx shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies.
